After some more reading of the workout, I've come to the understanding that the dead lifts are doing your one rep max eight times. Since I cannot do more than one consecutive pull up at this time, I'll be incorporating the one rep max method to my pull ups as well.

  1. Squats 5x5 @ @ 235 (+5)

  2. Military Press 5x5 @ 135 (+10)

  3. Dead lifts 1x8 @ 245 (+20)

  4. Pull ups 1x15 @ Body Weight & 2x5 @ 150

  5. Reverse Crunch 3x12

  6. Total time 65 minutes
