Day 22: Week in review

It was a so-so week for me. I kept up with the majority or my diet and workout plan and I'm down 5 lbs. I need to stay motivated so a friend of mine sent this to me.





Current weight: 225

Workout: Randy Couture training I'm trying something different on my light days



  1. Bent over rows x8
  2. Upright rows x8
  3. Military press x8
  4. Good morning x8
  5. Lunges x8
  6. Squat push press x8
  7. Deadlift x8

Cardio:
  1. 10 min speed bag
  2. 10 min jump rope
  3. 10 min jog




Meals:
  1. Breakfast: Slimfast optima 200 cal
  2. Lunch: Cafe steamers Beef and green beens 300 cal
  3. Dinner: Polish hot dog with relish onions and ketchup 900 cal
  4. Snack: Slimfast optima 200 cal
