It was a so-so week for me. I kept up with the majority or my diet and workout plan and I'm down 5 lbs. I need to stay motivated so a friend of mine sent this to me.

- Upright rows x8
- Military press x8
- Good morning x8
- Lunges x8
- Squat push press x8
- Deadlift x8
Cardio:
- 10 min speed bag
- 10 min jump rope
- 10 min jog
Meals:
- Breakfast: Slimfast optima 200 cal
- Lunch: Cafe steamers Beef and green beens 300 cal
- Dinner: Polish hot dog with relish onions and ketchup 900 cal
- Snack: Slimfast optima 200 cal
